This 50-minute class in an 83-degree room builds strength and balance, guided by curated trap beats. It includes dynamic flows, a peak plank pose, breathwork, and seated stretches for relaxation and mindfulness. Accessible for all levels, it’s designed to help you grow at your own pace.

Yin Nights YOGA

TRAP N’ FLOW

Trap n Flow yoga is a dynamic, Vinyasa-style class focusing on creative sequences, breath awareness, and building heat in the body. Ideal for intermediate yogis but welcoming to beginners, these classes are vigorous and aerobic—so bring a towel and get ready to sweat!

Our Soulful Trap n’ Flow is similar to our Trap N’ Flow class just with a bit more rhythm and soul! Slow deep breaths will guide you through our Soulful Trap n' Flow. One breath, one movement while holding poses longer while flowing. This class is perfect for those who just want to relax, release and FLOW!

Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga is a structured, dynamic practice linking breath with movement through a set sequence of poses. It builds strength, flexibility, and focus while detoxifying the body.
