Trap Hot Yoga

Welcome to Trap.Hot, where flexibility, strength, and balance unite to bring you a complete mind and body workout. Step into a 100-degree space and step out with 360-degree results.
In just 50 minutes, tone your mind, body, and soul. As we embark on this transformative journey, the music sets the rhythm, building up to our peak intensity pose - plank. Here, the trap beats reach their climax before unexpectedly fading away, creating a moment of stillness and meditation.
For 5 minutes at the midway point, we embrace complete tranquility - no wiping away even the sweat dripping from our brows. Through breath work and stillness, we transition to seated poses, empowering you to delve into the depths of mindfulness while finding your edge.
Each class features the same simple yet impactful poses. Your progress solely depends on your determination and dedication. Our role as teachers is to inspire you to surpass your mental boundaries, guiding you to trust, reveal, aim, and practice. We never allow any student to leave without acknowledging their progress and encouraging them to keep coming back for more.

YIN Nights YOGA

If Yin yoga was summed into two words they would be “Let Go!”. In this class, students are guided into postures that require little muscular activation. Poses are more grounded allowing you to sink into the deeper connective tissues that carry and hold tension and stagnant energy. This class is a chill vibe but can test your limits as you lengthen tight muscles sinking deeper into your edge of flexibility. Both the mental and physical expand as you learn the power of letting go. The results of this class will leave you with noticeably lighter energy, stronger focus, and a refreshing outlook on life.

TRAP N’ FLOW

Our Trap n Flow yoga class is comparable to the Vinyasa Yoga Style. Classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness.

 Our Trap n’ Flow classes are geared more towards those students with an intermediate yoga level, though beginners are still welcome to join. Flow yoga classes tend to be more vigorous and aerobic. So bring a towel and be prepared to sweat!

SOULFUL TRAP N’ FLOW

Our Soulful Trap n’ Flow is similar to our Trap N’ Flow class just with a bit more rhythm and soul! Slow deep breaths will guide you through our Soulful Trap n' Flow. One breath, one movement while holding poses longer while flowing. This class is perfect for those who just want to relax, release and FLOW!
