Plate Time: Strength & Toning Redefined

Plate Time is a dynamic and efficient strength and toning class, laser-focused on isolating and shaping a specific muscle group. Inspired by Pilates techniques, each session features a structured format of 20 reps, 5 sets per exercise, totaling 100 reps. We believe in giving 100%—mind, body, and effort.

Classes start at 6:30 AM, but you have the flexibility to arrive anytime before 8:15 AM to complete your sets. Whether you're an early bird or need a little extra time, we've got you covered.

Trap Pilates (HIIT)

This class is a hybrid of high-intensity interval strength training and traditional mat Pilates. It fuses explosive full-body cardio with strength-based work, all set to the beat of the music. You’ll use weights and props to stabilize and strengthen all major muscle groups while keeping your energy high and your body moving. Perfect for those looking to sweat, sculpt, and groove!


R&B My Pilates Sculpt

Smooth moves, sculpted results. Set to the soulful sounds of R&B, this class flows through Pilates-inspired exercises designed to tone, strengthen, and elongate your muscles. With a focus on controlled movements and rhythmic transitions, you'll feel strong, centered, and completely in tune with your body.


Kettlebell Sculpt

Unleash your strength and power in this dynamic kettlebell class, designed to tone, sculpt, and transform your entire body. Focusing on functional movements, this workout combines strength training, cardio, and core work to help you build muscle, burn calories, and boost endurance.

Each session is packed with high-energy exercises like swings, presses, and squats, keeping your body challenged and your results unstoppable. Whether you’re new to kettlebells or a seasoned lifter, this class is tailored to meet all fitness levels.

End your month on a high note with this ultimate challenge: 5 full-body exercises, 100 reps each, all completed in just 1 hour to hit a total of 500 reps. Push yourself to the limit and hit your goal!
