Free-spirited, “wellness wizard,” and father who found yoga when he needed it the most. Over indulgence of a sedentary lifestyle led to constant back pain and respiratory issues in his life. He was introduced to yoga and it, not only healed his body, but changed his perception of himself and the world around him. Eazy is a Washington Adventist University graduate with a fitness management degree. He has completed a 200 HR YYT, and trained in Classical Hatha and Rocket Yoga, Animal Flow Lvl 1, and Thai bodywork. He has been sharing his practice for over 7 years now with his own signature style called the Playground, Bust it Open, Shred, and T.R.A.P Yoga. Being a fun, charismatic individual who understands the importance of enjoying what life has to offer, you can expect plenty of laughter, a good work out, lots of play, and a welcoming atmosphere in all of Eazy’s classes.

 FAQs

  • Trust in yourself despite the storms that come your way. This is one of the most important mindsets you must adopt. Trust that everything in life happens for your benefit, even when it feels as though adversity is working against you.

Reveal your story to Relinquish your attachment to the past.Embarking on a journey of revealing your story can bring about incredible transformation and liberation. By sharing your experiences, you not only break free from the chains of the past but also inspire others who may be on a similar path.

Accept yet set an Aim.Accepting yourself is a crucial aspect of your overall well-being that should never be overlooked.Embracing your worthiness is something that no amount of self-improvement can replace. However, it's just as important to combine self-acceptance with a sense of purpose and direction in life.

    Practice.Process.Patience but No Perfection.

Growing up, I was always told that "practice makes perfect." But as I've delved deeper into my own journey of skill-building, I've come to realize that perfection is something that's hard to grasp. Even if we could achieve it, the sacrifices and pressure involved make it a questionable pursuit. Instead, I'd like to invite you to embrace a practice-oriented mindset, one that beautifully aligns with the principles of yoga.

On the mat, there's no judgment of being good or bad. It's a safe haven where we can simply exist and appreciate the present moment. Patience plays a crucial role in your journey, as it allows us to see the countless opportunities to find beauty in life along the way. Let's not reserve the joy of accomplishment solely for the end of our efforts. Instead, let's savor the small victories that bloom before us, finding sweetness in every step of the process.

The journey does not solely revolve around the confines of the studio. It stretches far beyond those walls, weaving its way into the fabric of your everyday life. It is during these moments, when you are away and on your own, that the most important and transformative experiences emerge. My sincere hope is that you face these challenges with a mindful approach, embracing them as stepping stones on your path towards self-realization.
